Long Grain Rice, Iron Phosphate, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, And Folic Acid.

Directions

Stove or rice cooker. Cooking Instructions: This product must be cooked prior to consumption. Stovetop: 1. Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. Microwave: 1. Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a covered microwave-safe dish. 2. Microwave at 100% (high) power for 5 minutes. Reduce power to 50% (medium) for an additional 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 3. Remove from microwave and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Cooking Tips: For firmer rice, use less water and simmer a shorter time. For softer rice, use more water and simmer a longer time. Steam cooks rice. Do not lift lid while cooking. Add salt and oil or margarine if desired.
