Butcher quality since 1970. The No Name Recipe: Butcher approved. No need to thaw. Marinated up to 70% with an added solution of water, salt, sodium phosphate & dextrose tenderized with papain, derived from papaya. Meat we're proud to put our No Name on. In 1970, in a humble neighborhood butcher shop, the original No Name butchers created steak that turned out Tender Every Time. Folks soon line up outside the door and around the block. That same No Name magic is stronger than ever in our steak as well as our newer meat masterpieces. We don't stop working until it's worthy of our No Name.

Ingredients

Beef, Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Dextrose, Papain.
