      Cured With Water, Salt, Potassium Lactate, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.

      Directions

      Keep refrigerated. Heating: To Pan Fry: Place Canadian Bacon slices in a lightly oiled skillet. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes. Turn and cook 1-2 minutes longer or until lightly browned. To Microwave: Place Canadian Bacon slices on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a microwave-safe paper towel. Cook on high for 20-30 seconds or until hot. All microwaves and appliances vary.
