DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Always inspect the gel compress for cracks or tears before use.

DIRECTIONS FOR HOT THERAPY: 1. Gel compress must be at room temperature before microwave use. 2. Lay gel compress flat in microwave. For the large compress heat in microwave at full power (1200 watts) for 30 seconds, and 20 seconds for the small compress. Note: The heating times and power may vary depending on the microwave model. 3. Remove from microwave and check for desired temperature. If additional heat is needed, return to microwave and heat at 10 seconds intervals. Note: Watch gel compress while heating, as excessive heating may cause gel compress to rupture and leak. 4. Store at room temperature for future use.

DIRECTIONS FOR COLD THERAPY: 1. Place gel compress in your freezer for at least 1 hour. 2. Remove compress from freezer, and test the compress temperature for desired comfort level. 3.
