The original strength English gin. 1793. In 1620 the mayflower set sail from Plymouth on a journey of hope and discovery. Batch distilled in the original victorian copper still. Documented at the turn of the 20th century as the gin used in the marguerite-the original dry martini cocktail, Plymouth Gin remains one of the true classics. Ingredients

Water, Juniper, Coriander seed, Orange peel, Lemon peel, Green cardamom, Orris root, Angelica root, Sloe Berries

Directions

The Marguerite (The Original Dry Martini): 2 parts Plymouth Gin, 1 part French dry vermouth, A dash of orange bitters;

Stir with ice and serve straight up or on the rocks. Serve in a Nick & Nora Martini glass.
