Our Chianti Classico is unmistakably Tuscan in origin, offering a level of depth, power and concentration that is rare for its classification. The fruit, mostly Sangiovese, comes from some of the coolest blocks on our estate, which accounts for the wine’s vibrant acidity. This red wine offers aromatics of red fruits, violets, cypress and earth notes. The fresh palate has bright cherries, mineral and spice, with vibrant acidity, soft tannins and a long, smooth finish. Pair with antipasti, margherita or pepperoni pizza, spaghetti bolognese, eggplant or chicken parmigiana.
