      Our super-fantastic, continually hoped India Pale Ale. Continually hopped for 60 minutes for a powerful yet approchable hop-centric experience. Just a few notes. Appearance: Golden amber. Aroma: Hop-forward with piney & citrus notes. Flavors: Hoppy with moderate bitterness & crisp finish. The ingredients in our recipes come fro the Earth and the oven. They come from itnerfering and letting be. We use local and natural ingredients wherever possible, and our recipes are blissfully ineffcient. We pay premium prices for grains, herbs, spices and fruits. For us, brewing is not about automation, but passion and imagination.
