Wine Pinot Gris. The grape clusters were picked at the peak of ripeness and lightly whole cluster pressed, not crushed. The juice was fermented slowly at cold temperatures to enhance varietal flavor and aged sur lie for added complexity. It contains 13.9% alcohol by volume.
