Italian sparkling wine brut. Denominazione Di Origine Controllata. Vino Spumante Di Qualita Del Tipo Aromatico. Caposaldo Prosecco is made from hand-harvested grapes from choice hilltop vineyards in Veneto, Italy's renowned winegrowing region. Carefully selected fruit and natural secondary fermentation create a refined, effervescent wine with fruity green apple and grapefruit aromas, a pleasant acidity and full-bodied flavor. Serve chilled as an aperitivo or with dinner. Alc. 11.5 % by vol. Product of Italy.
