Flavor Profile: A lively and fresh purple-red colour, this voluptuous Pinot Noir has rich fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, plum and strawberry (a red fruit party!) enhanced by subtle smoked hints. In the mouth, sweet fruit notes stand out, and its fine tanning gives it a great texture and a mouth filling structure. This wine is balanced and New World styled. A wine of personality and elegance, sexy, pure and simple. It's a young refreshing Pinot Noir.

Food Pairings: Caprese salad (tomatoes, basil, fresh mozzarella cheese), salmon, pastas with fresh tomatoes.
