Mini Taco Bowls


Perfect for kids or adults, these Mini Taco Bowls are sure to be a hit for any occasion.

SERVES: 12
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
COOK TIME: 35 Minutes

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup CHI-CHIs salsa
4 tortillas
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 can black beans

Sour cream
Cilantro
Green onion

Directions

	Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

	Step 2: Brown beef in large skillet on medium heat. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning according to directions on package. Reduce to low heat.

	Step 3: Drain and rinse black beans, set aside.

	Step 4: Using empty can, cut three 3 inch circles from each tortilla. Grease mini muffin pan and press each circle into the cups, folding sides as needed. Cook for about 10 minutes or until tortillas are crispy.

	Step 5: While tortillas are cooking, combine ground beef, 1 cup salsa, and � can of black beans. Toss until combined.

	Step 6: Remove tortillas from oven and fill with mixture. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
