COOK TIME: 30 Minutes
Ingredients

12 ounces fettuccine
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (15 oz) package Hormel Pork Roast Au Jus Entree
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
Finely grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
In large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine over high heat, stirring occasionally, 12 minutes or until al dente; drain. Return fettuccine to pot.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
In medium skillet, heat oil and mushrooms over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionaly, 5 minutes or until softened.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Break pork into pieces. Add Pork, au jus and peas to mushrooms; stir until hot. Spoon fettuccine into pork mixture; stir to combine.
