As seen on Twin Cities Live (submitted by viewer Crystal Jozlin of Rochester, MN): Summer pasta salad with cucumbers, colby jack cheese, peas, and cucumber ranch dressing.

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 20 Minutes
COOK TIME: No Cook Time

Ingredients

4 oz. Cooked and drained macaroni
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. cucumber ranch salad dressing
1/8 c. minced onion
1/4 c. diced/shredded colby jack cheese
1/4 c. drained canned peas
2 med. Cucumbers, peeled and diced
pepper to taste

Directions

	Step 1: Mix together sour cream and salad dressings, add pepper

	Step 2: Combine pasta with diced cheese, onion, diced cucumber

	Step 3: Stir in dressing mixture and fold together

	Step 4: Add canned peas

	Step 5: Chill one hour before serving

	Step 6: Stir in a few tablespoons of ranch dressing before serving
