In this recipe, penne pasta, sliced beef, green beans, and fresh garlic cloves are cooked together in a flavorful beef gravy creating a quick and delicious meal.
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes

1-1/2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 pound beef sirloin, 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch thick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups frozen cut green beans
1/2 cup prepared brown beef gravy

Step 1  Step 1:
Cook pasta according to package directions; keep warm.
Step 2  Step 2:
Cut beef steaks lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1-inch strips while pasta is cooking.
Step 3  Step 3:
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and garlic (1/2 at a time) and stir-fry 1 minute or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. (Do not overcook.) Remove from skillet; season with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Step 4  Step 4:
Heat 1 tablespoon water until hot in same skillet. Add beans; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in gravy and pasta; heat through. Return beef; heat through and serve.
Step 5  Step 5:
Serve with fruit salad.
