T-Bone Steak


Red wine sauce makes this T-Bone steak extra special.

SERVES: 2
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 12 Minutes

Ingredients

2 T-Bone Steaks
2 large Baking Potatoes
Sour Cream
Fresh Chives
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup Beef Stock
1/2 cup Red Wine or Red Cooking Wine
1 Tbsp. Butter

Directions

	T-Bone Steak: Season the steak the way you like it and grill (or broil) it for 5-6 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

	Potato: Microwave (or bake) your potato, cut it open lengthwise and mash it with a fork. Finish it with your choice of butter , sour cream, fresh chives and salt and pepper.

	Red Wine Sauce: Prepare half a cup of beef stock following the directions on the label. Add in half a cup of red wine or red cooking wine and simmer it until reduced by half. Stir in a tbsp of butter, add salt and pepper, and serve it on the side or on top of the steak.
