Berry Muffins


Blueberries and blackberries are nestled inside these baked beauties.

SERVES: 12
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 18 Minutes

Ingredients

1 Egg
3/4 cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Oil
2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Blueberries
12 Black Berries

Directions

	Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or liners.

	Step 2: Whisk together 1 egg, 3/4 cup milk and 2 Tbsp oil. In a separate mixing bowl, combine 2 cups Bisquick and 1/3 cup sugar. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in 1/3 cup blueberries.

	Step 3: Divide batter among muffin cups. Place a blackberry in the middle of each muffin and bake until golden brown, approx. 15-18 minutes.
