CobornsDelivers mobile shopping app is now available. The CobornsDelivers mobile app is now available to download for free through the App Store and Google Play. (Access to the camera will be requested at the time of download so the UPC scanning functionality can be enabled.)
How does the CobornsDelivers mobile app work? The mobile app is intended to be an extension of the website providing an on-the-go shopping experience so you can shop and checkout an order anywhere with your Android smartphone or Apple iPhone or iPod Touch. Once you’ve downloaded the app simply login with your current CobornsDelivers website username and password.
Here are some of the convenience features available on the CobornsDelivers app:
Scan the UPC code on a product using your camera phone to search for an item. You can then easily add it to your cart.
Product specials are listed as soon as you login to your mobile app account.
Both your Master and Custom Shopping Lists are accessible for quick shopping.
You can view and shop for items from your last ten orders.
The shopping cart will automatically merge items shopped from the website and mobile app within your CobornsDelivers account.
What mobile operating systems will the app work on? The CobornsDelivers app is supported on the following devices and operations systems:
The apps may be downloaded to Android or Apple tablets, but we recommend accessing the website on tablet devices to have all content and features available to view and navigate. Because the mobile app is intended as a convenient on-the-go shopping option, not all website content and functionalities are available on the app.
What delivery options will I have on the mobile app? You can choose next-day or same-delivery options as they are typically available through your CobornsDelivers account. Order deadlines are the same: 10am for same-day delivery, 11pm for next day delivery. Sorry, the mobile app does not currently have a pickup order option.
Can I use the app to add on to an order that I have already checked out? You may add to an existing order up until 11pm the day before delivery via the website. Creating an add-on with the mobile app is a feature not yet available but will be added in the future.
Can I schedule tote pickups with the app? Our primary objective with the new mobile app was to provide a convenient on-the-go shopping experience. Scheduling tote pickups with the mobile app is a feature not yet available but will be added in the future.
Can I make changes to my account or payment information? At this time all account revisions must be made through the CobornsDelivers website that includes creating a new account. If you’re on the go and need to make changes before completing an order, Customer Relations is available until 11pm seven days a week to assist you.
Does the app use a secure checkout? The CobornsDelivers mobile app has the same level of security as our website. We use state-of-the-art security technology to protect your personal information. All payment transactions are encrypted so you can safely checkout your order from your mobile phone as you do the website.
